Valhalla, it is represented as Utopia in Norse Mythology. Seol Jihu founded the organization with the members of Carpe Diem backing him up financially under the advice of Kim Hannah with the temptation of becoming the Founding Members of the Valhalla Organization. It is located in the middle of Eva.

Before the building for Valhalla was constructed, there were ghosts possessing the ruins that lay in the land. This made any residents die horrible deaths in 3-4 months. Because of this, Kim Hannah was able to scam Park Dongchun. Flone was able to take care of these ghosts easily making them swear a Soul Oath. These ghosts would do chores around the building.

The name was suggested by Yi Sungjin, one of the Founding Members and approved through the Vote between all the active Organization Members at that moment.

The building was later improved by the Dwarves.
