Markings are stamps manifesting the Oath organized by the Seven Gods and granted, by representing powers on Earth at their discretion, to humans of Earth. It allows recipients to enter the Tutorial, where upon clearing it grants them access to the Neutral Zone as a final test before formally entering to the Lost Paradise, and thereafter become known as an Earthling.

There are four known kinds of Marking stamps: Red, Bronze, Silver and Gold which are further divided in two different categories, Contracts and Invitations. Each kind of Mark emits a distinctive aura which can be sensed by other Earthlings who are granted the privilege.

Summoning's are performed twice a year, in March and September.

Contracted[]

Red Mark[]

Red Marks are the most common of the four Markings. Those who bear them are known as Contracted and have a finite degree of freedom to regards to the organization contracting them, essentially equivalent to a slave.

Invited[]

The Bronze, Silver and Gold Marks exist few in number, in escalating rarity and are solely reserved for the Invited who are granted privileges unlike that of the Contracted. A notable privilege and advantage that Invited have over the Contracted are the exclusive supplies gifted to them in the Tutorial. A thing common for all the Invited is that they have been invited by an organization, with the exception that the Gold Marks can be invited by a god as well. The only difference is the degree of privileges they get.

Bronze Mark[]

The lowest grades of the three Markings attributed to Invited.

Silver Mark[]

The second grade Marking for the Invited.

Gold Mark[]

Gold Marks are the rarest of the four marks and respectively possesses the strongest aura of them all. Only three Marks of this grade have been known to exist and were given to Sung ShihyunEun Yuri (supplied by Valhalla) and Seol Jihu with the latter's being supplied to Kim Hannah by the Temple of Gula.

Master Mark (Epilogue)[1][]

A mark at the top of the newly created markings. It allows the holder to pass the tutorial instantly[2].

Comparison[3][]

The bronze stamp, which is the lowest grade invitation, is equivalent to five red stamps.

A silver stamp is equal to seven bronze stamps, and a gold stamp requires the equivalent contribution points of eleven silver stamps.

Meaning, a gold stamp’s worth of contribution points could bring in 385 contractees.
