An eccentric and bombastic woman. The first impression Seol Jihu got from Hoshino Urara was ‘noisy’. Alternatively, ‘hectic’ or ‘unfocused’. Said to be an evolved form of Agnes, except always triggered.

A powerful Unique Ranker, who has very unpredictable fighting style. She mainly relies on her speed and stamina to attack and fight continuously. She is an unpredictable strong fighter who won't stop until the opponent is defeated or she is badly beaten. She is very good at assassination attacks and throwing daggers. A wild card fighter who is great to use to kill someone.
History[]
Under the possession of an unknown entity, she rampaged in Eva, indiscriminately killing both Earthlings and Paradisians alike. Once subdued with the help of Oana Halep, Hoshino Urara was deemed a Red Notice criminal and sent to the 2nd floor of the prison in Eva.
When Seol Jihu became aware that she might be the missing link that he was searching for to finding a way into the spirit world, he asked for her release to the Queen in exchange for coming to visit Charlotte more often.
She then travels together with Seol and his team to the spirit world, where they fight against Raging Temperance, followed by Twisted Kindness. Her high evasive skills, and flexibility as a archer allows her to briefly distract Twisted Kindness in battle. Following the revival of the world tree, she returns with the group to engage in battle against the armies of the parasites at Tigol Fortress.
Under the condition of having fun, she decides to stick around in Valhalla under Seols leadership in his team.
