Haramark, also known as the City of Crime, is a city in the Lost Paradise, located to the south of the human territory, from Scheherazade through to Zahrah road. Among all the human territories, Haramark is the only city free from the influence of Sinyoung as well as the only place where Earthlings are given free rein.
Following the rebellion that occurred three years ago in Paradise time, the organizations who had participated were forced to relocate their headquarters to Haramark and combined with the constant warfare from being located close to the frontlines, resulted in a poor level of security that earned the city its nickname.
Once one of the worst be-all-end-all cities in existence. After the internal strife ended, Haramark hastily stabilized the city. The royal family actively negotiated with the rebels, and Sicilia became the royal family’s partner and seized control over all Earthlings. The royal family had skillfully taken control of the situation, only being possible thanks to Sicilia honoring their agreement with them.
The Haramark Royal Family also resides in this city although the ruler, Prihi Hussey, had long since given up attempting to assert any sort of overt enforcement of the laws.

Haramark's is described as being chaotic and tense with a shady atmosphere, a direct comparison to the orderly liveliness of Scheherazade and its prestige as the human capital. Seol mused that this mood of the city likely was a consequence of the unrestricted freedom afforded to the residents of Haramark.
True to its unruly reputation, the buildings in Haramark are aplenty but are arranged in such a haphazard and disorderly fashion that it was easy for one unfamiliar to lose track of their location. The architecture was equally varied, colorful with buildings in white, grey and reddish browns. Even the roads were noted as being uneven and pockmarked, dirtied with liberally strewn wet straw and muddy puddles.
The main plaza, located some place within the city, has a noticeboard, similar to that of the one featured in the Neutral Zone, for things such as notifications, the issuing of missions and team recruitments.
