Odelette Delphine[]
Odelette and Hao Win seem to be close friends. Not only did they work on the same team for a long time in the Neutral Zone, but they seem to compliment each other very well with their extroverted personalities.
Tong Chai[]
Much like Odelette, he worked in the same team as Hao Win during the Neutral Zone. Their personalities don't compliment each other as well, but still seem to have an amicable relationship
Salvatore Leorda[]
Salvatore was also part of the team in question, though Salvatore's introverted personality may mean he's less close than Tong Chai and Odelette.
Seol Jihu[]
Hao Win treats Seol almost as a family member due to his belief that Seol is a man in love, and oftentimes tries to talk to and assist Seol, especially in regards to romance. Their time on the same team for the last part of the Neutral Zone probably made them even closer, too. Later on, he helps Seol Jihu set up his organisation in Eva. He informs Seol that he is his friend and a partner and expresses disappointment at Seol's actions during his first night in Eva. Hao Win was not disappointed because of the actions Seol did, but because he didn't let Hao Win know about his plans, as such, Hao Win was unable to help him as a friend and partner.
