One of the 7 cities controlled by humans. It is located southeast of Haramark.

Located at the border of the Federation.

Some Royal Families have legislation banning the slavery, and they severely punish anyone who’s caught. But the Eva Royal Family, which is closest to the Federation, has a slightly different stance. They’ve put out a royal decree banning the act but didn't do any more than that. They simply ignore the issue, as if it doesn’t exist. The Eva Royal Family has very little regal power. The public sees Eva as an ideal kingdom where Earthlings and the Royal Family have a cooperative relationship, but it’s more correct to say that Earthlings have a tight control over authority. Moreover, because their ruler is young, it’s said that an Earthling rules in their place. People say their relationship with the Federation used to be just as antagonistic and hostile as with the Parasites due to the fact that they’ve gone to war before and the Eva Royal Family was at the head of that war. The current Eva's Queen lost her one and only older brother in the war against the Federation.

In Eva the Eva Alliance, aka the Royal Council, reigned as king. The Royal Council referred to the eight organizations that had control over Eva. The decisions made by this council affect the state administration.

Seol Jihu creates his organization there to fix the relations with the Federation and expand his organization.
